Responses are typically given within the 15-minute rule. Our 24/7 tracking team and account representatives quickly reach out to the driver and/or dispatch team to readily give updates when you need it.

What is the breakdown of your all-in shipping quote?
The all-in quote mainly consists of the fuel surcharge in addition to the provided base rate for your shipment.

Are your shipping rates non-negotiable?
Putting our focus on repeat drivers has allowed us to build relationships where we can ask carriers to come down and, in turn, give our customers more competitive pricing options.

What is the quoting process of most lanes?
To provide accurate and live pricing in a timely manner, we connect with our driver network and provide a response to our clients within a 15-minute timeframe.

Which reference numbers can I use to track my shipment?
You can use any of the following numbers for reference: PRO, GTZ Number, Bill of Lading Number (BOL#), and Pickup Confirmation Number.

Do LTL carriers guarantee pick-up or delivery?
LTL carriers do not guarantee pickup and delivery for standard rates. All transit times are approximate and subject to change. If Guaranteed service is availed, only the delivery date is guaranteed. Please request for guaranteed delivery rates.

Do LTL carriers always have same-day pick-ups?
It will depend on the carrier’s cut-off time as LTL carriers have their own cut-off for same-day pick-ups. We will inform you if the carrier will make it or will rollover for pick-up the next day.

Can you transport hazardous materials?
Yes. For these types of shipments, we employ qualified and hazmat certificate-endorsed carriers. It is highly important that we ensure the health and safety of workers, workplaces, properties and the environment.

Can you transport fresh produce, beverages and packed food?
Yes. All consumption products are stored in a refrigerated container and brought via reefer van. For specific instructions and details of shelf life preservation, kindly inform us ahead of time.

Do I need to be a US citizen to apply as a carrier?
No, you do not have to be a U.S. citizen, unless the origin of the shipment is at a government facility, then you must be a US citizen. All drivers will be inspected; phones will be deposited in the gates and returned upon departure. The driver is strictly prohibited from carrying weapons or drugs unless provided a special permit to which the driver must disclose to the guards.
